How to Initiate a Return
We understand that every situation is unique, and our dedicated Customer Care Specialists are available to assist you from Monday to Friday, between 10:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST. If you encounter any quality issues with the product, we kindly request that you return it to our Returns department.
For a smooth and efficient processing of your return, our Customer Care Department will furnish you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which should be included with your return. It's important to note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping or shipping fees.
